Artspace Unfair Labor Practice

This particular grievance became to be known as the Artspace grievance. Shortly after filing the administration retaliated by eliminating any overtime for the Uniform Patrol division. That ultimately led to an Unfair Labor practice being filed against the City. Currently the matter is pending at the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission.
