Unsafe Training:

March 2007,

• This is a video of a speech given during Oral Communications at a City Council meeting following a training event which was conducted during a Nor'easter.
• At the time it was the only way the Union could be heard.
• We were receiving absolutely no acknowledgement from The Mayors Office, Personnel Office, or the Chiefs Office.

All we had left was the City Council!
